What is included in the charter price?

Quoted rates include the vessel, USCG-licensed captain, fuel, ice, water, and basic provisioning (ice and water). Gratuity is mandatory and customarily ten percent. Additional services such as catering, on-board chef, and floral arrangements are quoted separately.

How do I reserve a yacht?

Send your full name, phone, email, party size, and preferred date via WhatsApp at +1 (786) 724-9382. We confirm availability, send the bareboat charter agreement, and collect a deposit to lock the date. The remaining balance is paid at the marina before departure.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

Charters are non-refundable once booked. If we cause a problem on our end, vessel issue, captain unavailable, or any failure on our part, we will issue a full refund or reschedule at no cost. Client-initiated cancellations cannot be refunded, but we will work with you in good faith to apply your deposit to a future charter when possible.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Your safety is our priority and the captain's call is final. We only reschedule for heavy rain or unsafe conditions, not for cloudy skies, light showers, or wind that's within safe operating limits. If the captain determines the weather is unsafe, we reschedule to a mutually agreeable date at no cost. Florida weather is unpredictable; a passing shower is rarely a reason to cancel.

Can I bring my own food and drinks?

Yes. Most vessels welcome guest-supplied food and beverages. For larger charters and overnight bookings, we recommend our catering service to ensure proper provisioning, ice, and presentation. Glass is restricted on certain vessels, confirm with your captain.

Our standard charter area covers Biscayne Bay, Key Biscayne, Stiltsville, Nixon Sandbar, Haulover Sandbar, and the Miami coastline. Bahamas crossings (Bimini, Gun Cay) are available on select vessels with advance notice, typically forty-eight hours for documentation. We also arrange charters in the Caribbean and other destinations worldwide by request, please inquire with your dates and destination for a custom quote.

Do you offer overnight or multi-day charters?

Yes. Vessels eighty feet and above are generally configured for overnight stays. Multi-day pricing is quoted on request and is based on vessel, route, crew, and provisioning. See our 'Additional Charter Day' add-on for details.

How far in advance should I book?

For weekends in season (November through May), we recommend booking two to four weeks ahead. Holiday weekends and large vessels often sell out four to eight weeks in advance. For weekday charters, twenty-four to seventy-two hours is usually sufficient.

Are children and pets allowed?

Children are welcome on every vessel and we provide age-appropriate life jackets. Pets are not permitted on any of our charters.
