Welcome to Golden Anchor U.S. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of goldenanchorus.com and the services we provide. By accessing our website or booking a charter, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Golden Anchor U.S provides yacht charter services in South Florida and, by arrangement, in the Caribbean and other destinations worldwide. All charters are subject to:
Quoted rates include the vessel, USCG-licensed captain, fuel, ice, water, and basic provisioning. Gratuity is mandatory and customarily ten percent. Additional services such as catering, on-board chef, and floral arrangements are quoted separately.
Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of the signed agreement and required deposit. We accept payment via methods communicated at the time of booking.
Charters are non-refundable once booked. If we cause a problem on our end — vessel issue, captain unavailable, or any failure on our part — we will issue a full refund or reschedule at no cost.
Client-initiated cancellations cannot be refunded, but we will work with you in good faith to apply your deposit to a future charter when possible.
Your safety is our priority. The captain's decision regarding weather is final. We only reschedule for heavy rain or unsafe conditions, not for cloudy skies, light showers, or wind within safe operating limits. If the captain determines the weather is unsafe, we will reschedule to a mutually agreeable date at no cost.
By chartering with us, you agree:
Our membership program is offered on a month-to-month basis with no long-term contracts. Members may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel with 30 days notice. Membership entitles members to book vessels within their tier at member rates. All membership bookings remain subject to vessel availability and the terms of the standard charter agreement.
The Savings Guarantee applies for the first 90 days of membership. If a member can demonstrate that their member-rate charter costs during this period did not exceed their membership fees, we will refund the difference. The guarantee does not apply to memberships used for non-charter purposes.
Yacht charter and water activities carry inherent risks. By chartering with us, you acknowledge these risks and agree to indemnify Golden Anchor U.S, its captains, crew, and affiliates from any claim arising from your charter, except where caused by our gross negligence.
Our maximum liability for any claim related to a charter is limited to the amount paid for that specific charter.
All content on goldenanchorus.com — including text, photos, logos, vessel descriptions, and design — is owned by Golden Anchor U.S or used under license. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content commercially without our written permission.
Our website integrates third-party services (HubSpot, WhatsApp, Google Maps, Google Analytics, YouTube). Use of these services is subject to their respective terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date indicates when changes were made. Continued use of our site or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
